Alex inspires curiosity and creates space for you to question, explore, and discover your own path as a yoga teacher.

Alex is an experienced yoga teacher, educator, and teacher trainer with a background in hospitality, creative design, corporate, and personal development. For almost two decades, she has taught yoga and led teacher trainings across Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean, bringing together movement, anatomy, philosophy, and the art of teaching.

Her approach to education is rooted in curiosity, individual differences, and the belief that great teachers develop through understanding, exploration, and experience. Alex creates space for students and teachers to deepen their knowledge, build confidence, and discover their own voice as educators.

What continues to fascinate me is not only what we learn, but how we learn. Why one explanation makes perfect sense to one person and leaves another with more questions. How understanding anatomy can change the way we approach a posture. How a small adjustment in sequencing can completely change the experience of a class.

And perhaps most importantly, how teachers develop to move beyond what they have learned and begin making informed choices of their own. I believe good education should encourage curiosity, challenge assumptions, and leave room for discovery. This is what I bring to trainings, workshops, and mentorship sessions. I intend to make knowledge accessible, relevant, and genuinely useful in practice.

I particularly enjoy working 1:1  or in groups with teachers, helping them connect the different pieces of their education, question what they have been taught, and discover their own teaching style.
