sampoorna yoga fireceremony

When teaching classes, if this is meditation, pranayama or asana, we are communicators. How we communicate is part of our signature and how we create community. Teaching means we deliver our message to our students. Our choice of words is important, what do we say and how? Is it genuine? Is it clear? Has it purpose?

Continue by education, to give yourself the gift of knowledge, so you find your voice, your strength, your weakness, your community, your family…

Join the tribe this season on the beaches of Agonda in South Goa…

I will be teaching next to this wonderful team: Rishi Sudhir, Henrik Schmidt, Mine Taylan, Maria Macsay and Mickaelis

The primary focus of this course will be on sequencing Vinyasa Flow style yoga classes. Major attention will be given to the principles, technical aspects, and structural components of a Vinyasa Flow class.  Much of your time will be spent on expanding your knowledge of asanas while paying attention to the key alignments and anatomical structures in order to deepen your own practice as well as learning how to teach others safely. In addition, you will gain in-depth knowledge of pranayama, meditation and philosophy.

This course is intended to carry you further along your journey as a teacher and prepare you for a more advanced personal and professional investigation into the transformative power of yoga. We are unorthodox and open in our approach towards teaching yoga, we strongly encourage you to bring your own creativity, intuitions and spiritual experiences into your teaching styles.

Your journey with us is as much about deepening your own practice and individuality as it is about gaining the skills to teach others. We passionately believe in the significance of your own process of discovery and experience on the development of your unique personal voice and style as a teacher.
